Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CSE Tracker Pro at csetracker.lk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

CSE Tracker Pro is a Sri Lanka stock portfolio tracking SaaS application that allows users to track holdings on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), view analytics, generate tax reports, and manage their investment portfolio.

The Service provides informational tools only. It does not constitute financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts.

Free Trial & Subscriptions

After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription:

• Monthly Plan — Rs. 300 / month
• 6-Month Plan — Rs. 1,500 / 6 months
• Annual Plan — Rs. 2,500 / year

Subscriptions are billed in advance and do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew. Payments are processed securely via PayHere.

Refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload false or misleading financial data with intent to deceive
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of CSE Tracker Pro is the intellectual property of CSE Tracker Pro. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Portfolio data you enter remains your own. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CSE Tracker Pro does not guarantee the accuracy of stock prices, analytics, or tax calculations. Market data is sourced from third parties and may be delayed or incomplete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSE Tracker Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including investment losses.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing csetrackerpro@outlook.com.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
