CSE Tracker Pro is a personal portfolio-tracking and informational tool for investors in companies listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE). It helps you record your holdings, track their value against public market prices, and view analytical summaries of publicly available financial information.
CSE Tracker Pro is NOT a licensed securities dealer, broker, investment adviser, investment bank, fund manager, or financial services provider. We do not provide financial services, investment advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All information on the Platform is provided solely for general informational and educational purposes and must not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice of any kind.
All market prices, company information, financial statements, ratios (such as P/E, P/B, EPS, NAVPS, dividend yield), and other metrics are sourced exclusively from publicly available information, including official CSE filings and market data, company quarterly and annual reports, and public corporate disclosures. We do not possess, use, or provide any non-public, insider, or privileged information.
Financial figures are extracted from public reports through automated and manual processes. While we take reasonable steps to verify data — and deliberately display "—" instead of any figure we have not verified — we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Upstream sources (including the CSE, public filings, and corporate disclosures) may contain errors, omissions, or delays for which CSE Tracker Pro bears no responsibility. Always verify figures against the company's original filings before relying on them.
Certain features — including the AI Copilot, Stock Analyser summaries, Technical Analysis, the DCA Planner, and the What-If Simulator — generate analytical summaries and hypothetical scenarios from publicly available data and historical prices. These are not investment recommendations and do not constitute advice to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Scenario analyses, projections, and time frames are hypothetical illustrations based on historical data and statistical patterns. They are not predictions, forecasts, or guarantees of future price movements or returns. AI-generated and automated content may contain errors or interpretations that differ from professional human analysis; you must verify all information independently before acting on it.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. The Platform provides tools and information to support your research, but the decision to invest, divest, or hold any security rests entirely with you. You are expected to conduct your own due diligence, verify all information from original authoritative sources, consult a licensed financial adviser before making decisions, and evaluate suitability based on your own objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
The Platform lets you manually enter holdings or import portfolio data from third-party platforms (including ATrad) and view analytical summaries of your holdings. CSE Tracker Pro does not execute, facilitate, or intermediate any securities trades, does not guarantee the accuracy of imported or entered data, and is not responsible for discrepancies between figures shown on the Platform and your actual holdings or broker statements.

The Platform operates strictly as an information and portfolio-tracking tool, not as a market intermediary, broker, adviser, or dealer.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSE Tracker Pro and its operator shall not be liable for any investment losses or gains; errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in data or analytical content; delays or unavailability of data or services; or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CSE Tracker Pro and its operator from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your investment decisions.
Use of the Platform does not create any financial adviser–client, broker–investor, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. For personalised advice, consult a licensed and registered financial adviser or other qualified professional.
All content on the Platform — including software, algorithms, analytical outputs, data presentations, interface design, graphics, and the CSE Tracker Pro name and logo — is the property of its operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape with automated tools, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion and without prior notice, if a user breaches these terms or any law, attempts to scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Platform, or uses it for any unlawful purpose. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) continue in force.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms to create an account and use the Platform.
Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees, as displayed at the time of purchase. New users may receive a free trial as displayed on the Platform. Payment is made by manual bank transfer to the account shown at checkout; Pro access is activated after your payment is confirmed.
Refunds: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your payment. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable, as the Pro plan is a digital service accessed and used immediately. Refunds are not issued for partially used billing periods, and free-trial users are not eligible for a monetary refund. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Cancellation: you may stop renewing at any time — cancelling stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the invalid provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid while preserving its intent.
