CSE Tracker Pro ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user of csetracker.lk.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

Account data: email address, name, phone number provided at registration
Portfolio data: stock holdings, transactions, dividends you enter manually
Payment data: subscription plan and payment reference — we do not store card details
Usage data: pages visited, features used (anonymised)

How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account
To provide portfolio tracking, analytics, and reporting features
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send transactional emails (password reset, payment receipts)
To improve and maintain the service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

      All user data is stored securely in Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant cloud database platform, with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS).
    

Access to your data is protected by Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS) policies — only you can read or modify your own portfolio data.

Passwords are never stored in plain text; authentication is handled by Supabase Auth.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to persist your session and app preferences (e.g. theme). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Third-Party Services

Supabase — database and authentication (privacy policy)
PayHere — payment processing (privacy policy)
Google Fonts — font delivery

Each third party is responsible for their own data practices under their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights

Access or export your data at any time from your account settings
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and all associated data

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
